About the Author
After graduating from Parsons School of Design, Department of Strategic Design and Management, Ece Targıt Günşiray, gained experience in various digital marketing and beauty companies. In 2016, she recognised her entrepreneurial side and began creating content on social media. Following a series of training that she completed for her personal development, Ece’s content evolved to reflect these endeavours; 500-hour yoga and meditation teacher training in Bali, crystal healing and Reiki I&II training in Los Angeles. She then founded Flov Studio in 2019, a yoga and meditation studio in Istanbul, which transitioned to being completely online in 2020. Members can now benefit from yoga classes, meditation sessions and rituals from around the world. Ece, now based in London, continues to share her life, suggestions and feelings with her followers via her Instagram account.
